TRYOUTS FOR NEXT YEAR’S GRADE 3&4 SOCCER PROGRAM

All players who wish to play in our Grade 3&4 Travel program next year (Fall ‘22 and/or Spring ‘23 seasons) are encouraged to attend our tryouts on May 24th (Boys) and May 25th (Girls).  This is for players currently in Grade 2 or 3.


Boys Tryouts:  Tuesday May 24, 2022; 5:00-6:45pm
Girls Tryouts:  Wednesday May 25, 2022; 5:00-6:45pm
Where:  Middleton Transfer Station Fields
Pre-registration:   www.middletonsoccer.com  (registration closes on May 20^th)


Please pre-register your player for the tryouts at: www.middletonsoccer.com.  (There is no cost to register/participate in the tryouts).  Registration for the tryouts will close on May 20^th.

All players will be able to participate in the program regardless of their tryout.  We use the tryouts to place each player on the most appropriate team.

If your player is unable to attend the tryouts, they will still be allowed to participate next year.  We will use other methods to determine which team to place them on.  But attending the tryouts will result in more appropriate team placement.

If your player does not expect to play in Fall ’22 but does expect to play in Spring ’23, we encourage them to attend the tryouts -- and to register now for the Spring ’23 season -- so that we can save a spot for them on the appropriate team for the Spring ’23 season.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR NEXT YEAR’S GRADE 3&4 SOCCER PROGRAM

For the Fall ’22/Spring ’23 Soccer year, we are encouraging players to register for both seasons at the same time.  This helps us form teams that are as consistent as possible between the two seasons.  You may register for both seasons (Fall ’22 and Spring ’23) at this time, or either one. 

If you know your player will only be playing in the Spring, we still encourage you to register now.  We do expect to offer an additional registration period in December for the Spring season, but there is a risk that there will not be any open roster spots on a Middleton team for players who wait until then to register (but we will try our best).

The deadline to register is Tuesday May 31^st, 2022.

We expect to offer an additional opportunity to register for our Spring ‘23 season in December ‘22, but we can’t guarantee there will still be open spots on our Spring ’23 teams for players who wait until December to register.  (We will try our best to find spots for all players who register in December, however.)
