Fall 2008 Registration - Will open later this Spring Season

Travel - U10, U12 and U14

U12 and U14 registration for Fall 2008.

Current Spring 2008 Players will receive paperwork in the US mail.

Players not on Spring 2008 teams - down-load registration form.

$60 per player for Fall 2008.

Includes $10 Town of Middleton use fee.

Fee increases to $120 for late sign-up.

Late registration does not guarantee a place on a team.

U-16 and U-18 only run during Spring seasons

MYS will close registration once maximum numbers are reached (register early to avoid any disappointment).

Late registration and wait-list does not guarantee a place on a team.

U-4 children must be 3 years old before August 1st 2008.

Refund Policy. Once a child is registered, MYS incurs costs for registering the player, rostering a team with ECYSA and insuring the child with MYSA. (see FAQ about fees). Fees are 50% refundable up until 7 days of the first game; after that the fees are not refundable. Late fees are not refundable once paid. Anyone requesting a refund should do so in writing to the MYS Board registrar@middletonsoccer.com for review at a scheduled board meeting.

MYS must meet the strict deadlines set by Essex County Youth Soccer to register and roster your child on travel teams. Please avoid mistakes during registration. An incomplete registration will not be processed, and your child cannot be placed on a team until the registration is completed including form, birth certificate, fees (including late fee) and picture.
