If you have forgotten your account password, the web page will prompt for your email address and birth date.  Once logged on with the temporary password,  reset your personal password in the Parent Edit window for future reference.

Refund Policy.  Once a child is registered, MYS incurs costs for registering the player,  rostering a team with ECYSA and insuring the child with MYSA.   (see FAQ about fees).  Fees are 50% refundable up until 7 days of the first game; after that the fees are not refundable.  Late fees are not refundable once paid.   Anyone requesting a refund should do so in writing to the MYS Board registrar@middletonsoccer.com for review at a scheduled board meeting.
 

MYS must meet the strict deadlines set by Essex County Youth Soccer to register and roster your child on travel teams.  Please avoid mistakes during registration.  An incomplete registration will not be processed, and your child cannot be placed on a team until the registration is completed including form, birth certificate, fees (including late fee) and picture.
